Pontianak, the "equator city" was once again appointed to be the host of Kobelco's accustomed event. This medium-sizes industrial city in Borneo opens a great opportunity for PT Daya Kobelco CMI to expand the market share because some large industries in Pontianak who use heavy equipments such as forestry and palm-oil are growing rapidly.
Business gathering in Pontianak this time was held in purpose to show our readiness to facilitate the projects run by large companies like Sumitomo forestry, Sinar Mas forestry, Djarum palm-oil project and Korindo forestry. PT Daya Kobelco CMI has built a special team consists of marketing, service and spare parts personnels as an earnests of our support for customers' projects.
The event was taking place at Mercure Hotel, Pontianak on March 9th 2011. Around 30 companies who attended this event (including some guests from Pekanbaru and leasing companies) were overwhelmed with presentation of Kobelco's products that are very suitable for plantation work. Informative presentation was conducted well that evening, guests were also entertained by doorprizes and karaoke session at the end of this event.
