As to justify our dedication to our customers, once again an eminent event was held for KOBELCO's loyal customers. Aside of our service to the customers, the event this time was also purposed to set forth the new branch office in Manado as the 17th branch office of KOBELCO in Indonesia. The venue was nicely set in Lotus Grand Ballroom of Hotel Sintesa Peninsula, Manado.
The date of 11.11.2011 was picked to set up this event, it symbolized that after 11 years in service in Indonesia KOBELCO always put our customers in highest priority. One of the proofs is the establishment of the new branch office in Manado to support the after-sales service in Sulawesi region, particularly in North Sulawesi because approximately 150 units of 8000 units distributed in Indonesia are located in Sulawesi region. So to ensure that our loyal customers get the best service, we build the new branch office. Forr the near future plan KOBELCO will build some new branch office in Sorong, Tarakan, and Merauke, and also Service office in Kendari and Palu to expand and to enhance the quality of our service.
The event itself was running smoothly, prefaced by the brief demonstration of KOBELCO's excavator products, and proceeded by a grand gala dinner for the guests whom entertained by music performance from local band. A famous singer, Eka Deli and an international Choir group (Manado Catholic Choir) were specially brought to entertain the guests that evening. The event was nicely wrapped by an exciting lucky draw for the guests because the event gathering of PT Daya Kobelco CMI focus on customer satisfaction.
