Used Equipment Center Open House I Kamal - Jakarta

In order to strengthen relationship with customers as well as to give information about purchasing service of used heavy equipment, PT Daya Kobelco CMI held "Open House Kobelco Used Equipment Center" on Friday, December 7th 2012. Located at Kawasan Pergudangan Kamal Indah I Blok 89, Jl. Kamal Benda Raya Jakarta, it was the 1st event, specially held by PT Daya Kobelco CMI for used equipment with Open House concept.
By taking on this concept to enable customers to see freely varieties of ready used excavator units in stock and other Kobelco excellent products such as New Holland Wheel Loader, Skid Steer Loader, Backhoe Loader, and Daemo Breaker as well as supporting product namely Diesel Generator, Superhouse. This special open house enabled for around 200 guests to see performance test of 38 Kobelco used excavator units in 20 ton and 10 ton classes operated by skilled mechanic with safety procedure demonstration.

After having lunch together, the guests were given opportunity to do free inspection for the used excavator which they wanted to buy, because quality guarantee and after-sales service are our priority. This priority is important because history of the use for used equipment is the most important in buying heavy equipment, whereas it had already been used before, how many hours it had been operated, its serial number, and the current condition whether it needed repair again or already been reconditioned and ready to operate. All such important things become the responsibility for Kobelco Used Equipment Center with trusted quality.
"This used equipment becomes one of Kobelco's business pillars. By having this division we hoped that it could increase resale value of Kobelco used equipment in the market so that customers would be more convinced if they buy unit at PT Daya Kobelco CMI, we have place for used equipment and it will add advantage." Said Mr. Budiono, Java Division General Manager of PT Daya Kobelco CMI during a press conference with some local mass media.
Achievement of Positive Response
This is the first time PT Daya Kobelco CMI held such an event and achieved success with unit sales reaching more than its target. This shows that used equipment sales managed by Kobelco Used Equipment Center has their own market so that this similar event will be continually held every year or a minimum of twice a year.
Positive response was also received by PT Daya Kobelco CMI by the presence of representative of Kobelco Crane Principal namely KCT (Kobelco Cranes Trading Co., Ltd), and from Management of KIT (Kobelco Construction Machinery International Trading Co., Ltd) as International Kobelco Cranes and Excavators.
