Kobelco Crane Safety Training, Supporting Safety Lifting Work

Kobelco Crane Safety Training is an initiative held by PT Daya Kobelco Construction Machinery Indonesia as a form of appreciation to Kobelco Crane customers in Indonesia. The purpose of this training is to remind and raise awareness of the importance of safety at work, especially in lifting operations using cranes.
The first Kobelco Crane Safety Training was held in 2019 in Cibitung and has continued in various cities in Indonesia, such as Medan, Palembang, Batam, Surabaya, Balikpapan, Cilegon, and Jakarta. The training focuses on safe crane operation and also provides participants with knowledge on crane unit maintenance. Good maintenance is an important factor in supporting safe work and work safety.
This year, Kobelco Crane Safety Training was successfully held in Jakarta on 23 February 2023. The training was attended by 73 participants from various companies in Jakarta and surrounding areas. This was the second time the training was held in the Jabodetabek area and received tremendous enthusiasm from the participants. The training materials were also developed from the previous event to provide more in-depth knowledge to the participants.
In addition to Jakarta, Kobelco Crane Safety Training was also successfully held in Pekanbaru on 22 June 2023, with 33 participants. This training is the first to be held in the Riau region and is one of the efforts to expand the network and good relations with customers spread throughout Indonesia. With the Kobelco Crane Safety Training, it is hoped that awareness of work safety will be well maintained, creating a safe and comfortable working environment. The positive response and high enthusiasm from Kobelco Crane customers is an encouragement to continue implementing this programme on an ongoing basis and reach more customers in other cities in Indonesia.
