Preventive Maintenance is a periodic scheduled maintenance for maintenance tasks such as inspection, calibration, replacement and lubrication which are performed by DAYA KOBELCO mechanics by using genuine parts according to recommended maintenance.

DAYA KOBELCO offers a variety of Preventive Maintenance programs such as:

1. PMP Premium with Extended Warranty:

Non G10 0HM - 4000HM & G10 0HM - 6000HM

2. PMP with Standard Warranty:

Non G10 0HM - 2000HM units & G10 0HM - 4000HM units

3. PMC:

Only for out of warranty unit with visit interval per 250HM

PIC (Preventive Inspection Contract) program is one of our support tools for this matter. Regular inspections, conducted by DAYA KOBELCO mechanics with special tools according to KOBELCO standards, ensure your unit operates with optimal performance.

To maintain the optimal machine availability for your unit, DAYA KOBELCO offers Stand by Mechanic Contract program. This program is a mechanical contract that provide our skilled mechanics to stand by at your jobsite for a certain period.

Our mechanics will be concern to maintain and make improvements to the units needed at your work location so that the unit's performance remains excellent and operates well.
