INSPECTION & MAINTENANCE

Commissioning is an after sales service which is done when the unit first arrives at the location before handover to the customer.

This service includes checking all the lubricant compartments have been filled according to level, all the installation for unit are completely ready-to-use as needed.

During of commissioning we also provide direction how to operate and safety procedures also about daily, weekly, to monthly maintenance in accordance with factory maintenance standards.

Periodic Service is our after-sales support for maintaining the units which performed by PT Daya Kobelco CMI mechanics regularly during the warranty period, and also includes accompanying and providing education to unit operators so that unit maintenance is carried out properly and correctly according to factory recommendations.

By doing Regular Service on a regular and timely basis, it will make your unit always maintained in good condition.

FMI (Free Machine Inspection) is one of our after-sales support, in a free-of-charge comprehensive unit checking program to determine the condition and measure unit performance.

This check aims to detect symptoms of damage early to avoid greater repair costs due to unpredictable damage. This examination includes critical indicators on worn out and damage through performance tests and portable diagnostic instruments.

The customer will receive report which includes recommendations for preventive action, repairs, other maintenance and service instructions that may be needed.

Prevention Inspection Reports used: Maintenance Proposal, Machine Touch, Performance Test, Device Check, and Hydraulic Oil Analysis.
