Training Program
Training Center of Daya Kobelco is located in Cibitung, MM2100 industrial state, with complete facility to support technical and non-technical training. It makes Daya's serviceman is decent to achieve customer satisfaction. There are 5 hub (representative) training location in Indonesia, including Pekanbaru hub, Makassar hub, Palembang hub, Surabaya hub and Samarinda hub. With complete practical facility including engine, hydraulic, electric, welding tools, tools for maintenance and repairing job.
There are 3 annual routine agenda in Training Center PT Daya Kobelco CMI : Technical Contest, External Training for Customer and Daya Internal Training.

Technical Contest
Every year, Daya Kobelco CMI always conduct Technical Contest for all mechanics including junior and senior, the purpose of this event is to level up their competency and skill.
The winner on Daya level (national) will represent Indonesia on South East Asia level. Every year Daya's mechanics are always considered and be champion when represent Kobelco South East Asia on worldwide technical contest in Japan.
